Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Gift certificates are redeemable only when presented at time of service. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at half value. Multiple packages require a 48-hour notice of change or cancellation. No-shows are charged at full price of service. A credit card is required to hold all multiple appointment reservations. As a courtesy to other spa guests, please do not bring children. We offer appointments to your children starting at age 11. Please turn off all cell phones and pagers upon entering the treatment room. Any product return or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and cash.
